Forgive the Spaceballs reference, I couldn't help myself. A few weeks ago, I turned to my fellow Jaops to help me figure out what my new DD should be. Well, Friday, I went and picked up my new (to me) car. There were many, many good suggestions, and I almost certainly would have been happy with any of them that met my criteria (and even happier with some that didn't). However, somewhat limited financing options, and the realities of economy, reliability and practicality mean I am now the owner of a 2007 Toyota Matrix. Yes, I've gone to the beige side. I'll leave my Jalop credentials (and my pride) at the door on the way out...
